30s black female presented after weight loss wanting to improve her arm contour but also help with an infectious disease process in her axilla (arm pits) known as Hidradenitis Suppurativa. Here she is seen 6 months after liposuction to the bilateral arms and lateral chest wall along with a bilateral extended brachioplasty, where we were able to directly excise the diseased area of the axilla.
