20s white female presented with tuberous breast deformity causing significant breast asymmetry. She was seeking breast improvement with a fuller, more symmetric appearance. Here she is seen 2 years after bilateral breast augmentation with 605 cc full profile silicone implants in a submuscular position via an inframammary fold incision. This was done in conjunction with a peri-areolar breast lift, an internal bra placement as well bilateral breast fat grafting.
