40 year old petite female presented to Ogilvie Plastic Surgery in Chicago, IL desiring fuller, naturally appearing breasts with improved symmetry. We performed bilateral breast augmentation with asymmetric silicone breast implants (275 cc on the left and 295 cc on the right), bilateral internal bra placement (breast mesh) and a small left breast lift (mastopexy).
